Position Details

In support of our rapid growth, we’re looking for several Inside Business Development (IBD) representatives to join our team.

IBD’s are an integral part of the customer development life cycle, excelling at uncovering and converting leads to in-person meetings. They focus on setting appointments with business owners and executives to meet with our Security Program Consultants.

Methods of contact include a healthy and strategic mix, such as email marketing (traditional and video), social media outreach, outbound telephone calls, and “old school” snail mail.

Essential Duties

Booking Appointments: Make high frequency outbound contact with key decision makers with the goal of booking appointments for Security Program Consultants to attend the meetings.

Building CRM Database: Regularly update company CRM with all activity resulting from and relating to prospecting efforts and interactions.

Customer Service: Serve as a brand ambassador and problem solver, always seeking to represent Launch Security in a top level, professional manner (i.e. our customers are our lifeblood—something that should always be top of mind and given highest priority).

Culture: Help build a positive and fun work environment with fellow team members. Everyone works extremely hard, but it’s equally important we make the daily job a blast too.

Required Experience

This is a flexible position open to candidates with varying levels of experience. It offers long term growth potential and can be successful for a professional at the entry level or with many years of experience.

Successful candidates will present and execute a creative method of how to prospect business owners and executives (e.g. C-Level decision makers). They will showcase energy and passion for the role, industry, and our approach to helping our customers. They will have very strong communication skills and the ability to regularly connect with prospects.
